This highly interactive workshop will teach you how to resolve and/or manage workplace conflict so you can manage the risk and prevent losing valued employees.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, frontline staff, supervisors, and managers will be able to:

  • Identify their natural conflict style and understand how others may perceive it
  • Know how to adapt their conflict approach to suit each situation
  • Describe the stages of conflict and identify signs/symptoms of conflict escalation
  • Know when and how to “step into” conflict and resolve it
  • Use the right resolution tactic for the situation – for Team Leads/Managers
