Conducting Performance Reviews Mar 19, 2019 Edmonton

  • Conducting Performance Reviews
    March 19, 2019
    8:30 am - 10:30 am

The “annual performance review” is often dreaded (by both employees and their supervisors). This is because they have traditionally not been done well, and frankly have become outdated. In this dynamic workshop we will help you take the “pain” out of the employee review process and give you insight into how to hold these conversations in a way that gets meaningful results.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, frontline staff, supervisors, and managers will be able to:

  • Describe the performance management cycle and process
  • Explain the manager’s and the employee’s role in performance review meeting
  • Apply best practices to the annual performance review process
